Priority One offers Website DESIGN only, this does not include the costs or actions associated with Web hosting, Domains, SEO or images.

A third party option for these services can be provided at your request.

WHAT IS WEB HOSTING?:

Web hosting is the activity or business of providing storage space and access for websites. When you make a website and want other people to see it, you will need to publish (or upload) it with a web hosting service, this removes all ads and logos that show up in the unpaid version and, much like renting a space for a business gives your website a place on the internet.

WHAT IS A DOMAIN NAME?:

When you have a site visitor, they use your domain name to view your website. i.e. www.p1priorityone.com

WHAT IS SEO?

SEO Stands for Search Engine Optimization. SEO is strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website by obtaining a high-ranking placement in search results. SEO helps to ensure that a site is accessible to a search engine and improves the chances that the site will be found by the search engine.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY IMAGES?:

Priority One has access to a limited amount of "FREE" images available for your use. In the event you require an image that we do not have available, images can either be provided by you, (you must own the rights to the images) or purchased through a third party such as Getty images, istock etc for use on your site.

PROVIDING WEBSITE COPY:

Copy is the written material content of your site. In contrast to photographs or other elements of layout, copy refers to the material that encourages consumers to buy goods or services.

Priority One can offer assistance upon request with revisions to provided copy (subject to additional costs dependant upon the extent of the content), however, it is the responsibility of the client to provide all copy required to be displayed. This includes product & service descriptions, pricing, bio/about, contact info and all other page media.

GOING 'LIVE':

Once your design is complete your site will need to be hosted to appear ad fee online.

Please note: Your site and all of it's contents will be created and hosted exclusively on Wix's servers and cannot be transferred to another external destination or host.

Host purchases will always be set up for 1 yearly payment that will renew annually unless cancelled in advance of the renewal date. (Monthly options available upon request)

Site publishing typically takes place at the commencement of the design work, however, If a 50% off sale comes up, we will make sure to contact you to give you the opportunity to take advantage of it.

Credit card information will be required.

 

DOMAIN NAME:

You will receive a 1-year free domain name of your choice (depending on availability) with the purchase of your Web hosting.

If you already have a domain name, we can transfer and connect it to your new site for you.

 

PRICING STRUCTURE

We charge a base rate of $1,500 for all website designs, excluding landing pages, which are priced at $300. A 50% deposit of the base rate is required at the start of the project.

Any additional pages or sections beyond the original scope are billed at $100 per page and will be added to the final invoice along with the remaining balance.

 

REMAINING BALANCE:

The remaining 50% plan balance is due in full upon completion of your site design. (This can be paid at any time, however, due in full upon completion). 

 

FUTURE EDITS:

Requested site maintenance to existing pages, outside of the selected plan design hours, will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $50/hr, however, major design changes will be subject to additional quoted design time.
